65例胆囊癌的诊断与治疗分析

Analysis of diagnosis and treatment of 65 patients with carcinoma of gallbladder

目的 :探讨胆囊癌的诊断和处理方法。方法 :对 6 5例胆囊癌病例进行回顾性分析研究。结果 :合并胆囊结石 39例( 6 0 %) ,手术切除 2 5例 ( 38.5 %) ,未手术或不能切除 40例 ( 6 1.5 %)。结论 :对胆囊癌高危人群应提高警惕 ,加强随访 ,积极行胆囊切除术。

Objective:It is to explore the diagnosis and treatment of carcinoma of gallbladder.Methods:Sixty-five cases with carcinoma of gallbladder were selected to conduct a retrospective analysis study.Results:Thirty-nine cases coexisted with gallstones(60%).Twenty-five cases were taken radical or simply cholecystectomy.Forty cases were not operated or could not be excised.Conclusion:Intensive care should be taken and cholecystectomy should be recommended in the patients with high risk factors.;
