摘要 挖掘机故障排除说明脂润滑滑动轴承的可靠性极待提高。轴承设计间隙必须考虑到工作温度的影响,并要作摩擦学系统分析。根据公差配合理论可以计算不同配合、不同公差尺寸的S_(mia)、S_(max)及ψ。滑动轴承间隙要按高精度设计、制造,才能保证设备的可靠性。 Trouble shooting of the shovel loader shows that reliability of the grease lubricated sleeve bearing must be increased. The diametrical clearance of a sleeve bearing must be selected while the environment temperature and rubbing face temperature is considered and the tribological system analysis is done. Based on the fit theory the slide fit tolerance clearances with various sizes and signs can be calculated in S_(min),S_(mar) and . The sleeve bearing must be designed and made with close to tolerance to provide the equipment high reliability.
