摘要 目的 探讨飞行员脂肪负荷餐后富含甘油三酯的脂蛋白 (TRL)清除延迟发生率 ,TRL清除延迟与血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL- C)、纤维蛋白原 (FIB)及一氧化氮 (NO)的关系。 方法  6 2名飞行员作为调查对象 ,测定其空腹 12 h后和服黄油试验餐 (黄油量 1.3g/ kg体重 )后血浆甘油三酯 (TG)、HDL- C、FIB和 NO水平。 结果  6 2名飞行员 TRL 清除延迟发生率为 43.5 % ,其餐后8h TG水平平均为空腹的 2 .5倍 ,差异有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 1) ;FIB水平升高 (P<0 .0 1) ;HDL 水平下降 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;餐后 8h血浆 NO水平与空腹水平差异无显著性意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 飞行员脂肪负荷餐后 TRL 清除延迟发生率明显高于招飞学员的发生率 (5 % )。血浆高 HDL- C水平可能具有抗 TRL 清除延迟的作用。应注意 TRL 清除延迟与低 HDL- C、高 Objective To investigate the incidence of the delayed clearance of postprandial triglyceride rich lipoproteins(TRL) in pilots and the relationship between the delayed clearance of TRL and levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C), fibrinogen (FIB) and nitric oxide (NO) in plasma. Methods Sixty two pilots served as subjects. They underwent a fat tolerance test with butter dosage 1.3 g/kg body weight. Fasting and postprandial(8 h after butter meal) plasma level of triglyceride (TG), HDL C, FIB and NO were measured. Results Delayed clearance of TRL was found in 27 out of 62 pilots, with a incidence of 43.5%. Their postprandial TG and FIB level was significantly higher than that of fasting level ( P <0.01), While HDL C level was significantly lower ( P <0.05). The difference between plasma NO fasting level and postprandial level was nonsignificant( P >0.05). Conclusion The incidence of the delayed clearance of TRL after butter meal in pilots (43.5%) was significantly higher than that in cadet candidates(5%). Multiple countermeasures against the risk factors of arteriosclerosis delayed clearance of TRL, lowered HDC, and heightened FIB should be taken.
