大环内酯类免疫抑制剂研究进展

New development in macrolide immunosuppressant

大环内酯类免疫抑制剂是一组新的具有大环内酯结构的免疫抑制剂 ,经体内外研究证明具有明显的免疫抑制作用 ,其中包括他克莫司、子囊霉素及其衍生物SDZASM981、西罗莫司等 ,不仅可内服还可外用 ,故对一些皮肤病如异位性皮炎、银屑病、坏疽性脓皮病及扁平苔癣等均有效 ,本文综述其作用机制。

Macrolide immunosuppressant is a new class of compounds with marked immunosuppressive activity and macrolide structure.They include tacrolimus,ascomycin and its derivative SDZASM 981,sirolimus etc.They not only can be administrated by oral route but can also be used by local application.Therefore,macrolide immunosuppressants are effective agents for treatment of some dermatosis,atopic dermatitis,psoriasis,pyoderma gangrenosum,and lichen planus etc.In this paper,the mechanism of action,pre clinical studies,clinical studies and progress in research of macrolide immunosuppressants were reviewed.
