复方瓜子金颗粒的质量标准研究

Study on specification for quality control of combined granule of Guazijin,a product of combined traditional Chinese medicines

目的 :制订复方瓜子金颗粒的质量标准。方法 :采用薄层色谱法鉴别野菊花 ;采用薄层扫描法测定样品中靛玉红的含量。结果 :野菊花以甲苯 醋酸乙酯 甲酸 (5∶3∶1)获理想分离效果 ;靛玉红以氯仿 石油醚 醋酸乙酯(8∶1∶1)获很好分离效果 ,斑点峰面积值为 2h内基本不变 ,加样回收率为 98.34 % ,精密度实验RSD为 1.6 % ,重现性实验RSD为 2 .9%。结论 :为控制复方瓜子金颗粒的质量提供了新的指标和方法。

Objective:To establish specification for combined granule of Guazijin,a product of combined traditional Chinese medicines.Methods: Flos chrysanthemi indici ,a component of Guazijin,was detected by TLC using toluene ethyl acetate formic acid(5∶3∶1)as eluant and the content of indirubin,another component of Guazijin,was determined by dual wavelength TLC scanning using CIICl 3 petroleum ether ethyl acetate(8∶1∶1)as eluant.Results:The ingredients in Flos chrysanthemi indici was clearly separated by the eluant stated above.The peak area of indirubin is reproducible within 2h with a recovery of 98.34% and a RSD of 1.6%.Conclusion:A method is worked out for quality control of combined granule of Guazijin.
