摘要
介绍在滚齿机上切削轮齿时,采用不同的冷却液,可以降低加工成形齿轮的表面粗糙度;并结合试验对冷却液中的极性物质与加工工件表面质量的关系,进行了简单的分析。
When gear cutting is done with a gear-hobbing machine the surface roughness of the gear teeth formed can be improved by taking proper liquid coolant. Based on test the paper also briefly analyzes the relations between the polar masses among the liquid coolant and the quality of workpiece surface ma- chined.
