文章分析了卧式离心铸造机的不足 ,并针对这些不足 ,设计了一种双层空腹主轴结构的立式离心铸造机。实践证明这种立式离心铸造机能改善铸件的内在纤维组织、提高产品的质量和生产效率 ,降低生产成本。

The shortcomings of horizontal centrifugal casting machine are analyzed, and a vertical casting unit in structure of double-layered hollow abdomen is designed. The practical application proves that the vertical one can improve the interior fiber texture of castings, promote the product quality and productivity, and decrease production cost.
