摘要
对大直径焊接钢管水压试验机设计的总体方案及特点进行了讨论 ,提出三柱框架、箱形端部、内径径向密封的总体结构和机电液一体化的系统形式 ,并对三柱框架及箱形端部的主要受力进行了分析和计算。该试验机运行稳定可靠 。
The general designing scheme and characteristics of a major diameter hydrostatic pipe tester are discussed in this paper.The paper puts forward the whole structure of three pillars frame, box ends and radial seal and the integrative system of machinery, electronics and hydraulic devices. The major forces on the three pillars and box ends are analyzed and computed. The practical operation shows that the tester works efficiently,steadily and reliably.
