MMP-9与膀胱移行细胞癌浸润转移的关系

Overexpression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma

目的 :探讨基质金属蛋白酶 -9(MMP -9)的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌浸润、转移和预后的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法检测 61例膀胱移行细胞癌组织及 2 3例癌旁组织基质金属蛋白酶 -9的表达。结果 :膀胱移行细胞癌MMP -9表达与侵袭程度成正相关 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,预后不良组膀胱移行细胞癌MMP -9表达显著高于预后良好组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :MMP -9的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的侵袭、转移和预后有关 ,是膀胱移行细胞癌侵袭、转移较好的分子标志 ,可用于膀胱移行细胞癌的预后判断。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) expression and the invasion,metastasis and prognosis in bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was employed to detect the expression of MMP-9 in 61 samples of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 23 samples nearby those cancers.Results:There was a positive correlation between MMP-9 expression level and the invasion depth in bladder transitional cell carcinoma ( P <0.01).The MMP-9 expression levels in unfavourable prognosis group were much higher than those in favourable prognosis group( P <0.01).Conclusion:MMP-9 expression might have relation to the invasion,metastasis and prognosis in bladder transitional cell carcinoma.It might be regarded ak a better molecular marker to assess the invasion and metastasis and to predict the prognosis in bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
