增脉汤治疗窦性缓慢性心律失常临床观察

Clinical Observation on Sinus Bradycardia treated by Zengmai Decoction

观察自拟方增脉汤治疗窦性缓慢性心律失常 33例的疗效 ,对照观察西药治疗 30例 ,通过主要临床症状和心电图的改善进行前瞻性疗效判定。结果治疗组总有效率 90 9% ,对照组总有效率 76 6 %。经过Ridit分析 ,两组有效率有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) 。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Zengmai Decoction on sinus bradycardia.Methods:A single blind,randomized study on 63 patients with sinus bradycardia was conducted.The observed group of 33 patients was treated with Zengmai decoction and the control group of 30 patients was treated with western medicine.The prospective effect was predicted by the allevition of symptoms and ECG.Result:The efficacy of control group is 90 9%,and that of control group is 76 6%.Through Radit analysis,there is remarkable difference between the efficacy of two groups.Conclusion:Zengmai Decoction has definite effect in treating sinus bradycardia.
