摘要
目的 评价聚阴离子多聚物 /表面活性剂 (PPD)法与PEG修饰酶 /硫酸α 环糊精 (PEGME)法直接测定高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)的准确性和特异性。方法 将两法试剂与沉淀法作对比 ,分别考察对序列超离HDL、LDL及对正常血清标本、高胆红素标本、高甘油三酯标本和校准血清的作用情况。结果 PPD法与沉淀法相比偏差较大 ,准确性、特异性均较差 ,而PEGME法与沉淀法结果一致。结论 临床实验室使用PPD法试剂应谨慎 ,而PEGME法优于PPD法。
Objective To evaluate accuracy and specificity of the polyanion polymer/detergent(PPD)method and the polyethylene glycol modified enzyme/α cyclodextrin sulfate (PEGME)method for direct measuring high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL C).Methods The two different methods were compared with the precipitation method by observing the reaction with HDL C and LDL C prepared by sequential ultracentrifugation,the normal human serum,the different bilirubin concentration serum,the different triglyceride concentration serum and the standard serum,aspectively.Results The PPD method had the higher deviations from the precipitation method because it is relatively inaccurate and not specific,and the PEGME method corresponded with the precipitaion method.Conclusion Take care for using the PPD method reagent in clinical laboratory,the PEGME method was superior to the PPD method for routine testing.
