尼膜同和依那普利对糖尿病脑卒中患者胰岛素敏感性的影响

Effects on Insulin Sensitivity of Nimotop and Enalapril to Stroke Patients with Diabetes

目的:研究尼膜同和依那普利对先期患糖尿病的脑卒中患者高血压治疗。方法:用放射免疫法检测患糖尿病高血压、单纯高血压脑卒中患者,对照组血清胰岛素水平及尼膜同和依那普利治疗后糖尿病脑卒中患者胰岛素敏感性的变化。结果:患糖尿病高血压、单纯高血压脑卒中患者血清胰岛素水平较对照组显著增高(Ｐ＜０．００１;Ｐ＜０．００５);在改善胰岛素敏感性方面,依那普利的作用优于尼膜同(Ｐ＜０．０５)。结论:高胰岛素血症在高血压发病中具有重要意义。依那普利在降低血压的同时对胰岛素敏感性具有肯定的改善作用。

Aim:To study the treatment of hypertension by Nimotop and Enalapril to the stroke patients with earlier diabetes. Methods: The levels of serum insulin in the stroke patients with diabetes and hypertension, with hypertension only, and in the control, the changes of insulin sensitivity of the stroke patients with diabetes and hypertension after treated by Nimotop and Enalapril were examined by using radioimunoassay. Results: The levels of serum insulin in the stroke patients with diabetes and hypertension or with hypertension only are higher than that in the control ( P < 0.001; P < 0.005 ) ; as for improving the insulin sensivitity, Enalapril is superior to Nimotop ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion: The high serum insulin has important significance to pathogenesis of hypertension; Enalapril plays positive roles in improving the insulin sensitivity with decreasing blood pressure.
