应用电镜技术对一种丹顶鹤病毒的形态学观察

摘要 1982年,作者以3只急性死亡丹顶鹤的肝脏病料感染雏鹅和成年鹅,引起雏鹅和部份成年鹅发病,剖检发现死鹅和死鹤的病变相似。而且死鹤的肝脏病料还能使鹅胚死亡,使鹅胚原代成纤维细胞和鸭胚原代成纤维细胞产生明显的病变。本实验的目的是利用超簿切片技术对病毒讲行初步鉴定。并观察其形态及发生。 Electron microscopic observations of duck embryo fibroblast ( DEF ) infected with the liver material from dead Japanese cranes ( Grus japonen-sis ) revealed a virus with many empty capsids and nucleocapsids forming crystal line structures in the nucleus. The nucleocapsids were releasing from the nucleus by budding to form intracellular or extracellular enveloped vi-rions. The empty capsids and nucleocapsids were in the shape of hexagon, 95-105nm in diameter, while the enveloped virions, sphere or ellipse, were 120-180nm in diameter. The virus could induce cytopathic effects in DEF.It is inferred from the above that the virus is a member of herpesvirus.
