摘要
目的:研究部分肝切除(PH)对大鼠肝癌模型肿瘤生长的影响,并初步探讨其可能机制。方法:建立大鼠肝癌模型后,施行不同比例的部分肝切除,观察肿瘤生长变化,通过检测其细胞、体液免疫功能及免疫抑制因子变化,以初步探讨其可能机制。结果:部分肝切除后,接种的肿瘤随肝切除比例增加而生长明显加速,细胞免疫功能抑制程度随之加重,肝部分切除组血清sIL-2R、TGF-β、IL-10在术后早期即与对照组具有显著差异。结论:PH能刺激接种肿瘤生长,可能与PH后免疫功能受抑、肝再生致细胞因子分泌异常等有关。
Objective: To study the impact of partial hepatectomy on the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) in the murine model. Methods: Rats carrying the orthotopic HCC model were randomized to undergo 0%, 30% and 70% partial hepatectomy(PH). The changes of tumor size, cellular and humoral immune functions were evaluated and monitored. The levels of cytokines such as sIL-2R, TGF-β and IL-10 were detected by ELISA. Results: PH enhanced local tumor growth, associated with significant depression of the cellular immune function. The levels of sIL-2R, TGF-β and IL-10 increased in proportion to the extent of PH. Conclusions: The depression of immune function and the change in cytokine levels probably contributed to the accelerated tumor growth in the liver.
