摘要
本文系统阐述了呼和浩特市近年来生态建设所取得的成绩与存在的问题 ,指出了在国家经济结构调整及西部大开发的新形式下进行生态建设的必要性 ,并结合呼和浩特市的实际提出了具体的建设思想和实施措施。
The achievements and faultiness of ecology construction in Huhehaote City are expounded in this paper.The author points out thd necessity of ecology construction under the new situations of national econamic adjustment and the west development.In addition,the author gives the concrete construction thoughts and execution measures combining with the practice in Huhehaote City.
