林纸联合问题探讨

A RESEARCH ON JOINT MANAGEMENT OF FORESTRY AND PAPERMAKING INDUSTRY

本文在林纸联合的必要性论证和可行性分析的基础上,对林纸联合的形式和内容进行了初步探讨,并对林纸联合利益分配、政策体制、思想认识、规模和技术等问题进行了阐述,说明我国林业和造纸工业由分割走向联合是实现林兴纸旺的根本途径。

On the basis of the necessity proof and the feasibility analysis on joint management of forestry and papermaking,this paper approaches the form and content of the joint of management forestry and papermaking,elaborates the questions of the benefit distribution,the policy and management system,the th- ought and cognition,the scale and technology in forestry-papermaking union, and shows the joint management of forestry and papermaking industry from separation to combination is an essential way to forestry-papermaking prosperity in China.
