转生长激素基因鲤鱼的生长研究

Study On Growth of Common Carp Transfered Growth-hormone Gene

本文报导了生长激素基因对鲤鱼生长影响的研究。经池塘对照实验表明，转生长激素基因鲤鱼的快速生长效应比正常鲤鱼明显，而且由转生长激素基因阳性性成熟鲤鱼经人工催产繁殖的子一代群体中，仍表现出快速生长的特性、这一结果，为能获得一个转外源生长激素基因并具快速生长特性的遗传稳定的转基固鲤鱼核心群体提供了可靠的数据。

This paper reports that growth-hormone gene effects growth of common carp. The control test in ponds shows that the common carp transfered growth-hormone gene grows obviously faster than the normal common carp,and the F1 generation from the adult common carp which is tested to be positive of growth-hormone gene by artificial hastering has the characteristic of fast growth yet. The result provides a reliable evidence for which we can get a common carp strain transfered growth-hormone gene which has reliably genetic and faster growing characteristic.
