Effect on Pellets in Die -roller Action of Aquatic Pellets Plane-Die Press

本文针对平模式制粒机在颗粒压制过程中模辊作用对颗粒质量的影响，进行模辊制粒作用过程的运动学和力学分析，确定了产生质量问题的原因，提出了解决问题的办法。

The present paper analyzed the motion and acting force of plane -die press in action ofdie roller on mixed powder material. Analysis showed that the unreasonable structure of press resulted in had puality of pellets and some improvement was necessary in design and pressing mechanism.
