摘要
腹腔注射金银花、紫花地丁、板兰根煎剂0.5～1.5g/kg,对小白鼠皮肤血管通透性亢进,棉球肉芽增生以及对大白鼠甲醛性足蹠肿胀均有显著的抑制作用:腹腔注射皂刺煎剂0.5～1.5g/kg,对小白鼠棉球芽增生有明显的抑制作用,但对大白鼠甲醛性足蹠肿胀的抑制作用发生较慢。
It was shown experimentally that granuloma which is caused by cotton-ball,dermathemia of white mouse and swell-foot of big white rat were repressed obviously by Flos Lonicerae,viola yedoensis and Radix Isatidis.Gleditsia Sinensis can repress granuloma which is ca- used by cotton-ball but the restraining swell-foot of big white rat was Slow.
