Piglet diarrhoea is a disease that harm the swine industry,by means of practical observation for many years.The authors found that the morbdity of this disease was not only high but the mortality also high this disease is a big enemy of swine industry. The authors divided piglet diarrhoea into followiong groups: the piglet diarrhoea occurred in the piglets at the age within a week; the piglet diarrhoea occurred in the piglet at the age of 2～3 weeks; the piglet diarrhoea in the piglets of the age of weaning;and piglet diarrhoea caused by parasites and colibacillus,The causes,clinical symptom and the steps of prevention and treatment were relatively overall discussed.
