A Long-distance transport of walleye eyed eggs and larvae

１９９３年５月２４日从加拿大萨斯卡切温省环境及资源管理Ｆｏｒｔ所属ＦｏｒｔＱｕ，ＡＰｅｌｌｅ鱼苗孵化场移运大眼 鲈发眼鱼卵１００万粒，鱼苗４万尾，采用尼龙袋充氧气，低温保存等方法，途经４４小时的长途空运，到哈尔滨市水产研究所，发眼鱼卵运输成活率４０％，鱼苗运输成活率９０％。

An experimental transport of walleye eyed eggs and laevae was carried out on May 25th. 1993. 1 million late eyed eggs and 40 thousand early larvae,which were presen ted by Fort on'Apelle Hatchery, the subordinate unit of the Environment and Resourse Management Department of Saskatchewan, Canada,w￣re boarded at the airport of Regina. The eyed eggs and larvae of walleey were packeted by oxyginated plastic bays and mairtained at lower temperature.Through a 44 hours' transportation until arriving at Harbin at Harbin Aquacultre Research institute, the mortality of eyed eggs was 60% and of the early larvae was 10%.
