摘要
本文回顾了虹鳟饲料的发展和我国当前存在的问题,阐述了虹鳟营养的基础,并提出了在配方设计和加工中应注意的某些技术问题。
This paper reviews the development of the history of rainbow trout feed and the problems at present in China. It also elaborates the base of nutrition for rainbow trout and raises some issues requiring attention to the design and processing of the mixed feed.
