本文报导了对水丰水库池沼公鱼的核型初步研究结果:2n=56。其中M2对,SM6对,其余为T20对。NF为72。SM_1号染色体有次缢痕。未观察到决定性别的异型染色体。
A study of the karyotype of H. olidus which transplanted from the Shuifeng Reservoir to the Tanghe Reservoir was carried out with kidney cells in vivo by the air-drying method with Giemsa's stain. There is a diploid chromosome number of 56 in H. olidus, the karyotype consists of 2 pairs metacentric, 6 pairs of submetacentric and 20 pairs of telocentric chromosome NF=72. There is a secondary constricticn on SM_1. The heteromorphic sex chromosome has not been observed.
