摘要
本文对鸭绿江、河北省和甘肃省渭河上游的细鳞鱼作了解剖观察,对分布在我国各地的细鳞鱼的分类特征作了比较观察,并用生化分类方法对上述三地区细鳞鱼作进一步分析。结果认为细鳞鱼属在我国只有细鳞鱼Brachymystax lenok(Pallas)一种,无亚种的分化。
This paper describes a comparative analysis of isozyme and myogen of fine scale salmon, Brachymystax lenok(Pallas) from Luanhe river, Weihe river and Yalujiang river, by using the method of disc polyacrylamide gel isoelectric focusing and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Also systematic characters of fine scale salmon from different area were researched. The distribution of fine scale salmon is limited to 65°-162°E and 33°-76°N. In China, fine scale salmon were found in Heilong-jiang area, Tumenjiang river, Yalujiang river, Liaohe river, Luanhe river, Weihe river and Xinjiang area. Li (1966) found Brachymystax on Qinling mountain in Shanxi, which was classified as Brachymystax lenok tsinlinsis Li subspecies because of its number of pyloric caecas, number of scales in lateral line, number of gill rakers and size of large and small spots on the side of the body and so on. Li (1981) also classified the Byaehymystax found in northern area of Hebei as the Brachymystax lenok tsinlinsis Li subspecies. But Wan believed Brachymystax lenok was thus Brachymystax lenok (Pallas), not a subspecies. LDH, MDH, ADH, GDH and EST isozyme was studied byisozyme analysis. Our results showed that all of the enzymes of fine scale salmon (Brachymystax lenok Pallas) from Luanhe river, Weihe river and Yalujiang river were similar. All of the enzymes were found to be monomorphic. The electrophoretograms of myogen of fine scale salmon from Luanhe river, Weihe river and Yalujiang river were also similar. Our results indicated that the apparent difference among those specimen from different area was in fact not very striking.
