摘要
文章总结了我国综采放顶煤技术的发展,并就回采率、自燃发火、防尘、防瓦斯、架型及配套等主要问题全面地分析了它们的现状、问题及对策。
This paper analyzed the effect of the rate of coal cav-ing, the height and width of caving chute opening of openedsupport on raising recovery rate of fully mechanized cavingmining. It was considered that an optimum coal caving ef-fect is at the time when the rate of coal caving the same ofthe horizontal projection length of caving chute opening,and a minimum loss of coal is at the time when the cavingheight of immediate roof is basically reached up to the heightof caving chute opening of opened support. The applicationof nitrogen extinguishing and loess grouting to protect a-gainst spontaneous combustion were introduced, and it wasregarded as the best technique in its effect. When using thefully mechanized caving mining in high gassy seam, an ef-fective approach to gas provention is to change U type venti-lation into Y type one in coal face. Finally, the paper pointsout that according to the occurrence of coal seams to selectthe types of support which is the key related with the sublev-el caving method in use of satisfaction.
