It is very important to make the refrigerator match correctly with the compressor used to get a better performance.Based on the thermodynamic analysis,a simple method was proposed to calculate the volume flow per hour and input power for pulse tube refrigerator and gave a good agreement with the typical experimental results.The method was also used to optimize our present two stage double orifice pulse tube refrigerator.
