摘要 用分布参数方法,建立了热沉动态数学模型,运用MATRIXx仿真平台,建立了仿真模型,并进行了动、静态工况仿真计算。得出了热沉在稳定工况下的温度场、流量与最大温差的关系及温度动态特性,为热沉的优化设计、温度控制提供了重要依据。 With the method of distributed parameter,a mathematical model for heat sink dynamic parameter has been developed and simulation models have been produced on MATRIXx software.The calculation of the models is performed under the static and dynamic working conditions. As a result,The temperature distribution in different heat sink fields under static working condition is worked out,and the relation between maximum temperature difference and fluid amount as well as temperature dynamic behavior is obtained.All these provide an important basis for optimum design and control research of heat sink and lay the foundation of dynamic simulation of the whole temperature regulating system.
