摘要
阐述了低温液氧高速离心泵以密封可靠性和效率为主线的设计方法,结构上提出迷宫密封、金属波纹管、浮动环密封和压力气体的组合密封形式来保证密封可靠性,理论上采用带切削叶片非工作面的复合叶轮设计方法来提高效率,经水力试验和工程应用表明。
Design Theory and Engineering Implementation is presented on highspeed centrifugal pumps for handling liquid oxygen.To achieve reliable sealing performance,the combined seal of labyrinth seal,waved tube mechanical seal,and pressured gas is presented,and to achieve best efficiency,the optimum design method with the objective function of efficiency is carried out,respectively.
