摘要
着重介绍了低温高压液氢容器和全包式预冷夹套低温容器的结构。容器分为三层:外容器是真空容器,夹套容器是预冷介质容器,内容器是低温介质容器。容器可用液氮预冷,大大节省预冷液氢。全包式的预冷夹套液氢容器,使预冷夹套发挥最大作用,其关键是使用了锥筒式支承,锥筒小端支承在内容器颈管上,大端支承在外容器上。在内容器上没有任何支耳和凸台,适用于带预冷夹套低温容器和多层绝热低温容器。
The structure of two cryogenic vessels with high pressure for liquid hydrogen and with a overall cover of a precooling interlayer respectively is introduced.The vessel consists of three parts:the outer part is a vacuum container,the interlayer is a space for containing the precooling medium;the inner part is the vessel for the cryogenic medium.It can be precooled by liquid nitrogen so as to save the precooling liquid hydrogen greatly.In this kind of vessel,the key technique which puts the precooling interlayer into full use is the application of a fulcrum bearing in a shape of a conical cartridge.The small end of it stands on the neck of the inner vessel while the big end of it is on the outer container.There is no any stand or support on the inner part and which is applicable for the cryogenic vessel with precooling interlayer or with super insulation.
