摘要
欲降低当前增长的资源耗量,要求在将来的产品循环中更有效地利用材料和能量。这是在延长产品使用寿命和耐久性与现代化并举的基础上通过产品回用达到的。有利于产品回用的产品必须具有一种用于更多的生命周期的动态产品结构的开式系统构造。对与此有关的产品设计和构形以机床为例制定了特有的规则和指示以支持机床的设计。关于产品回用能力的设计质量可根据具有评价准则的检查表加以检验。
Abstract The lowering of the present inereasing resource consumption requires in future product circulations with more efficiency relating to material and energy. This could be obtained by productrecycling on the base of product life extension and product durability by simultaneous technical progress. Products with the requirements for productrecycling dispose an open system construction with a dynamical structure for several life cycles. There are build specific rules, instructions and advices referring to the product structuring and designing to support the design at the example of machine tools. The quality of design regarding to the ability to productrecycling can be examined by checklists with assessment criterions.
