摘要
通过大量的弹流润滑数值计算和一定的滚子疲劳试验,从摩擦学优化设计的角度,提出了选用齿轮润滑油粘度的理论计算公式,并在实践中得到了较好的应用。
Based on a let of EHL numerical calculations and some fatigue tests with rollers, from the angle of tribological optimum design, the paper advances a theoretical formula which can be used to choose geared lubricant viscosity. It has been successfully applied to industries.
