长隧道无轨运输施工通风参数与环境状况实验探讨 被引量:2

摘要 采用国产88-1型双级对旋式轴流风机配1.2m直径柔性风管,单机压入式送风1500m进厅试验,结果风管出口风量达864m^3/min,工作面风速达0.47m/s,管网平均百米漏风率<1%,工人呼吸带粉尘浓度3.4mg/m_(m)~3,CO浓度从未改造前555mg/m_(m)~3降低至40mg/m_(m)~3,粉尘和有害气体浓度均接近国家卫生标准和国际标隧道作业通风标准所规定的容许浓度。 That single machine forced draugh at 1500m was tested by the type 88-1 axial fan with φ>1.2m flexible windpipes. The results show that wind-force at the pipe exit is 864m^3/min, wind velocity at working surface is 0.47m/s, meanleak rate per one hundred meters of pipe net is less than 1%, dust density at worker's respiratory belt is 3.4mg/m^3, CO density is reduced from 555mg/m^3 of untransformation to 40mg/m^3.Both dust and perniciou sases density approach the national health standard and international permissible concentration about tunnel ventilation standards.
