摘要
综述了国内外纳米材料中界面的研究进展,包括纳米材料的晶界结构、晶粒结构、晶界扩散、热稳定性能。讨论了纳米材料中特殊的界面结构对纳米材料性能的影响。
The interface in nanocrystalline materials is briefly reviewed,including interface structure,crystal structure,interface diffusion and thermal stability.The effect of special interface structure on the nanocrystalline ma- terial's characteristics is also discussed.
