摘要
硅基发光材料及器件是实现光电子集成的关键,文章介绍了目前取得较大进展的包括多孔硅、掺铒硅、钠米硅等几种主要硅基材料的发光特性及发光机理。
Silicon based light emitting materials and devices are the key to optoelectronics integration.Re- cently,there has been significant progress in research on light-emitting characteristics and mechanism of silicon base materials.This paper reviews the latest developments in this area including porous silicon,erbium doped silicon and nanocrystalline silicon.
