摘要
可生物降解聚酯酰胺共聚物是近年来发展迅速的一种新型高分子材料,其大分子主链上同时存在的酯键和酰胺键赋予材料以两亲性及降解性,使得本材料在作为生物医学材料和环境友好材料上具有良好的应用前景。按照聚合物的合成方法综述了近几年来在聚酯酰胺共聚物方面的研究进展,并介绍了本课题组在这方面的研究工作,介绍了聚酯酰胺共聚物的降解过程和影响因素,最后展望了聚酯酰胺的前景。
Biodegradable polyesteramide is a new class of materials developed recently.This copolymer is amphiphilic and degradable owing to its special structure,which has ester bond and amide bond along the macromole- cular main chain.So it is possible for such material to be applied in biomedical and environmental fields.In this paper, recent progress in polyesteramide study is reviewed for different synthesis methods.Our research work in this field is also summarized.And the degradation process and factors affecting the degradation are explored in this review.At last the future prospect of such copolymer is suggested.
