摘要
介绍了采用控制爆破技术拆除一座13 层框剪结构楼房的实例。该楼房位于广东省东莞市繁华闹市区,高度504m ,建筑面积9000 多m2 。楼房南北向长60 多m ,东西向宽12m ,楼房南端18m 长段拐了一个大约45°的弯,成为不对称结构。由于地形条件和周边环境条件限制,要求控制楼房向南倒塌。作者运用控制爆破技术,根据楼房结构特点,将楼房切成南北两段,消除了南端拐弯段( 不对称部分) 倒塌时对北端产生的扭转影响,同时又避免了倒塌方向上楼房的线性尺寸太长,南端着地太早而导致北端解体不充分、形成爆堆太高、甚至北端倒不下来的问题。爆破使用炸药120kg,雷管5000 余发。1998 年4 月23 日爆破,十分成功,完全达到了设计效果。距楼房仅30m 处的明代建筑———西城楼丝毫无损。
This paper introduces an example about demolishing a thirteen storeyed building using the controlled blasting. This building is located in a busy section of Dongguan city, Guangdong Province. It is 50.4m high, with a construction area of about 9000m 2. The length of the building in south north direction is over 60m and the width of the building in east west direction is 12m. Since the south section (about 18m long) of the building is made a turn about 45°, the building become an unsymmetrical structure. Due to the limited environment conditions, the building must collapse to south. First, the authors of this paper cut the building into two parts, and then, using the controlled blasting, collapsed the building to south. 120 kg explosive and 5000 detonators were used to blast this building. The building was blasted on April 23, 1998. The desired results were completely achieved and the experience was provided for other projects.
