摘要
近几年来,上海高层大楼基坑施工中以钢筋混凝土的支撑和围檩取代了钢支撑和钢板挡桩,随之而来的就是把钢筋混凝土支撑和围檩炸掉。这些工地往往处在城市的居民区或繁华的商业区,爆破如果控制得不合适,震动、飞石、空气冲击波甚至嗓音,都会给人们或建筑物造成很大的影响。本文介绍钢筋混凝土支撑和围楔的各种结构、炮孔位置、覆盖方法、警戒范围、减震措施等,并着重介绍不同含钢筋率以及截面积的支撑、围檩听需炸药量的计算方法。
In the recent years, the reinforced concrete brace systems havebeen widely used in the pits of high-rise buildings in Shanghai,and are gra-dually being accepted in Zhejiang and Jiangsu,As a result,blasting operations are required for demolition of the brace systems.However,since the buildings under construction are generally located at the downtown districts or theresidential areas of the cities, the ground vibration,flyrock airblast,andeven noise caused by blasting operation can damage the buildings nearby orhurt the human bodies if the blasting operation is not properly designed. Inthis paper,a design method for blasting of various kinds of reinforced con- crete brace systems is presented,including the blasthole localization,coveringmethod, security range,vibration control measures.And especially,the cal-culation method is discussed for determining the powder charged in the indi- vidual blastholes of different kinds of brace systems.
