The comparison of Microstructure and hardness of laser cladding layer with thermal spring layer

摘要 分别采用激光熔覆与火焰喷涂两种技术在 38CrMoAl基体表面制备NiCrBSi+WC(wt2 0 % )合金涂层 ,比较其组织结构及其硬度分布 ,试验表明 :激光熔覆涂层无缺陷、成品率高 ,组织细密均匀、晶粒细小、硬度高、对基体热影响小 。 NiCrBSi+WC(wt20%) clad layers on the 38CrMoAl steel substrate were produced by laser cladding and thermal spraying, respectively. The comparison of microstructure and hardness of laser clad layer with thermal spray layer was carried out. The results show that the layer produced by laser cladding has fine microstructure and higher hardness. Additionally, the laser cladding process offers other advantages, such as good quality, little heat affecting zone and good adhesion.
