摘要
采用橡胶热氧老化法作为评定航空橡胶、密封剂老化后工作能力的基本方法 ,根据 Arrhenius方程和老化实验数据推算了橡胶材料老化经验公式 ,并用 VB语言编写了航空橡胶、密封剂寿命预测计算机软件。使用这种软件分别预测了 XM- 2 2 B密封剂与试 5 880胶料的使用寿命 。
WT5BZ]Based on Arrhenius equation and aging data which were acquired by air aging method, the experiential aging formula of rubber was calculated, and a software edited with VB language was created and used to predict service life of aeronautical rubbers and sealant The service life of XM 22B sealant and 5880 rubber predicted by the software was very fitted with the experiment data
