摘要
在大量实验数据的基础上 ,提出了 L owry法定量测定蛋白质分段模型的模拟 ,经统计分析 ,该模型相对误差分别为 0 .935‰与 0 .1 36‰ ,从而将常规测定从 2 50μg.ml- 1 范围扩充到 1 2 50μg .ml- 1 .
On the basis of a large amount of experimental data, the author advances a segment models to simulate the determination of proteins by Lowry method. Statistical analyses show that the relative error of this mode for each semgment is 0.935‰ and 0.136‰ respectively. Therefore, the determination range is expanded to 250μg·ml^(-1) from less than 1250μg·ml^(-1) by routine method.
