摘要
企业中均衡生产是一个十分重要的问题 ,它是一个生产安排的优化问题 .对于产品组合方案与产品不确定的生产 ,难以采用动态规模模型 .本文利用整数规划、图论和数论等知识 ,以最小生产规模为目标、无资源浪费和均衡生产为约束建立了模型 ;又以最小资源浪费为目标 ,在有限资源和周期限制的条件建立了模型 .
The balanced production in enterprises,which is an optimization matter in production arrangement,is very important.It is difficult for the product combination scheme its indefinite production to adopt a dynamic programming model.Thesis establishes Model I by using the knowledge of Integer Programming,Graph Theory,Number Theory and so on and direct toward the target of smallest production scale and under the restriction of no resource waste and balanced production.It also establishes model Ⅱ direct toward the target of least resource waste and under conditions of limited resources and periodic restrictions.The models in this thesis are relatively practical.
