摘要
本文运用官感检验法对 30 7名下岗职工的归因心理进行了分析 ,研究结果表明 :被试对下岗的归因一致性很高 ,主要集中在三种因素上 ,即企业效益不景气 ,生产任务不足 ;企业领导经营无方的结果 ;自己运气不好 (如自己生不逢时等等 )。此外 ,研究还表明 :男女被试在下岗归因心理方面也存在着一定的差异。最后 。
In this paper,we analysis the unemployment psychological attributions of 307 unemployed with the senses test.The result has highly consistent in the unemployment attributions and there are three main attributions.We also notice that there is an obvious difference between males and females in the unemployment psychological attributions,and at last we present the attributive theoretical explanation to the result.
