PF系列塑料导爆索的研制

THE DEVELOPMENT OF PF SERIES OF PLASTIC WRAPPED DETONATING CORDS

PF系列塑料缠绕包复导爆索(包括爆速系列和药量系列)是为适应南芬露天铁矿混装车对起爆器材的要求而研制的。文中阐述了它的特点、制造工芝及性能指标。试验证明它具有耐高低温、抗酸碱性,以及抗水性强、性能稳定、结构新颖合理等优点,可满足混装车对起爆器材的要求,也适用于没有煤尘的其他爆破作业。

To meet the needs for detonating materials during the use of pump trucks for mixing and charging the blasting agents, PF series of the plastic wrapped detonating cords with different detonatin velocities and charging volumes have been developed. The characteristics of structure, manufacture and performance of these cords will be described in this paper. The tests showed that they offer some advantages, such as low-and high temperature resistance, excellent acid and alkali proof. and good moisture resistance, high stability as well as rational design. They will also be suitable fot other blasting operations without coal dust.
