摘要
本文研究了苛性芭蕉芋淀粉对锡石,方解石、石英和长石的絮凝规律,成功地进行了四元混合矿物的选择性絮凝分离。研究发现,在选择性絮凝过程中存在一种类似化学结晶过程的“品种效应”现象。应用“晶种效应现象”,向易絮凝目的矿物含量极低的混合物体系加入适量的易絮凝矿物。可以有效地提高体系中目的矿物与脉石矿物的选择性絮凝分离效果。
The behaviour of flocculation of cassiterite, calcite, quartz and felspar using caustic Bajiao taro starch as flocculating agent was studied by successfully flocculation separation of cassiterite from the four-element mixture. It was found that in the flocculation process, there is a phenomenon similar to 'crystal seed effect' occuring in chemical crystallization process. The crystal seed effect can be used to improve effectively the selective flocculation of the objective minerals from the gangue minerals by adding suitable amount of easy-to-flocculation minerals to the mixture system.
