摘要
本文研究了高铅含量的铅锌混合情矿的沸腾焙烧。采用价廉易得的MM—1粘结剂并制粒,能防止床层中结块并运行趋定。适宜操作条件为:床层温度946℃,热态线速度2.78米/秒,床能25吨/米~2·天。所得主要结果为:二氧化硫浓度6.5%,烟尘率<10%,2—5毫米粒径焙砂占80%以上,焙砂总残硫<1.8%。此种粗颗粒径焙砂可代替密闭鼓风炉流程烧结机返粉使用。
The steady fluidized bed roasting of Pb-Zn mixed concentrate with a high lead content has been one of the world-wide difficulties. In order to determine the suitable conditions for the steady fluidized bed roasting, seven agglomerants have been tested for the pelletization of the Pb-Zn mixed concontrate and a new cheap material has been discovered, which has proved itself a good agglomerant for pelletization and roasting. The assay of the Pb-Zn mixed concentrate was as follows: Zn, 35.98%; Pb,17.79%; S,29.65%; Fe,10.08%, SiO_2, 3.49% CaO, 0.68%. The appropriate operating conditions and results were found to be as follows.bed temperature, 946℃; linear velocity, 2.78m/sec(hot); bed capacity, 25t/m^2·d; SO_2 in gases, 6.5%; wind box pressure, 706mm H_2O. The total sulfur content in the calcine was less than 1.8%. These results would be significant for I. S. P. because the preparation process of the material will be able to reduce the return agglomerant which are the pulverized sinters. This process epresents a new development in the preparation of of the charges for sintering.
