摘要
通过模型试验研究了矩形六电极矿热电炉熔池的电压,电流及功率分布特点,探讨了加料方法、渣层深度、电极插入深度及电炉尺寸等对熔池电分布的影响,并用计算机将试验数据绘制成直观的图形。所得结果对矿热电炉的设计与操作提供了理论依据。
The electrical potential, current and power density distributions in the bath of a rectangular six-electrode smelting furnace were studied in a simulation test. The parameters affecting the electrical characteristics of the furnace include the position of the feed-pipes, thickness of slag layer and immersion depth of electrodes. The systematic researches have been made on the effects of these parameters, and all the data have been converted into visual graphs using computers. The results obtained provide a basis for design and operation of the electric smelting furaces.
