摘要
本文论述了60kA侧插自焙阳极铝电解槽阳极的槽外铸型和焙烧方法,分析了这种方法的技术可行性及其经济效果。认为侧插自焙阳极采用槽外铸型和焙烧是电解铝厂节能降耗的一条有效途径。
This paper describes an anode-out-electrolyzer-moulding and sintering process of 60kA side-mounted self-sintered anode for aluminium electrolyzer, analyses the technical feasibility and the economy of this process. It is concluded that for the side-mounted self-sintered anode, out-electrolyzermoulding and sintering is an effective approach to energy saving and a lower consumption.
