对广西体育院系体育专业师资队伍结构现状的初步调查研究

A Tentative the Present Situation in the Structure of Teachers' Ranks of Physical Education College and Department in Guangxi

采用调查法和文献资料研究法 ,对广西 5所体育院系体育专业师资队伍的年龄、学历、职称、学缘和专业结构进行初步调研。结果表明 ,广西体育院系体育专业师资队伍 ,其年龄结构不合理 ,并有年龄断层现象 ;学科带头人少且年龄老化 ;高学历老师少 ;学历和专业结构有待改善。

Adopting the methods of questionnaire and documentary materials the author has tentatively researched the structure of age and of academic credentials and of duties and of specialized on physical education college and department in Guangxi. It is clear that age's structure is out of proportion and dip fault. Teachers with high academic credentials are few. Structure of teachers specialization ant remains to be improved.
