摘要
本文从大学生的心理健康需要出发 ,提出了提高大学生心理自我救助的自觉意识和心理自我救助能力的必要性、可行性及其途径。
Based on college students' need for Psychological health, the article puts forward the necessity of promoting the awareness and ability of College students' psychological self-salvation, as well as the feasibility and means.
