Some Reflective Thoughts on Experimental Methodology for Teaching Model Reform

要不要模式,要不要一定的套路,在军事、文艺、教育领域,一直存在着不同的方法论思想。岳飞认为:“阵而后战,兵法之常;运用之妙,存乎一心。”(《宋史·岳飞传》)他是将模式视为用兵的低级阶段。“教学有法,教无定法”则是力图调和“按部就班”与“天马行空”的两极对立。苏东坡认为,写文章“初无定质(本来就没有什么套路),但常行于所当行,常止于不可不止”(《苏轼·答谢民师书》)。学校教学工作何其繁重,对大多数教师来说,要进入“行于所当行,止于不可不止”的自由王国,很不容易,他们需要模式的帮助。教学模式的变革在教育实验中有丰富的内容,处于突出地位。

Creating new teaching models has been an important part of educational experiment whose main task is to know the world and transform the world. Methodology research for educational experiment is to re-know its 'mode of knowing the world' and re-transform its 'mode of transforming the world'. The article reconsiders various teaching models used in the past 20 years and analyzes their rational and blind aspects respectively. On the basis of this analysis, the author explores value orientation for new teaching models in schools and methodological norms for educational experiment in order to self-reform and self-creation of educational experiment.
